Orbita is a patient engagement and care plan management platform that uses conversational AI to automate symptom triage and patient appointment scheduling, and provides a platform for patient-reported outcomes and education, and for staff to track patient journeys. Modules include a Welcome Hub for patient Q&A, a symptom checker, and live chat, a Connection Hub for discovering providers and requesting appointments, Scheduling for patient self-scheduling, Patient Intake, Eligibility and Prior Authorization, Procedure Prep, and Post-Procedure Follow-up.
