Wellsheet learns which data points clinicians use most frequently, then summarizes and presents the data in a simplified, single view within the existing EHR interface for workflows like chart review, care team collaboration, and discharge planning. The tool is integrated with Epic, Cerner, and Athenahealth, and is accessible through the EHR, web browsers and mobile apps.
